Lebanese Carmen Bsaibes known in the region as “Arous Beirut” is a ground-breaking actress and director . The graceful star was only 18 years old when she landed her first TV role in the Egyptian TV series “El Gamaa” in 2011.

She worked alongside many Egyptian talents including superstar Yousra in “Nekdeb Law Olna Mabenhebesh” in 2013. “El Ze’abaq” and the ever so popular 2018 “Eugenie Nights” alongside Dhafer Abdeen are among her most significant roles on Egyptian TV. The insanely beautiful duet reunited in “Arous Beirut” later. Which was a huge success in the middle east.

In 2021, had two major roles in the movie “Al Aref” staring with Ahmed Ezz and “El Baryea” series on Shahid.

Carmen is not afraid to show diversity and takes pride in fighting stereotypical roles of women. This was quite evident when she took on
a unique role in the first Lebanese historical film “The Transvestite Saint”.

The bold actress also starred in theshort film “Damascus”, tackling Syrian problems from a humanitarian point of view. The film was widely praised. It was screened at the Cannes Film Festival and won at the Fajr International Film Festival. Carmen’s talent, royal looks and fearlessness are bound to take her places.
